In a shocking incident, a hotel manager in Jabalpur was brutally attacked on a public street by a group of miscreants after he refused to provide a room without a valid identity card. The altercation was recorded on video by the attackers and later shared on social media, prompting swift police action.

The incident took place at C Rock Hotel near Supatal Lake. According to police, the main accused, Sonu Tiwari, had initially visited the hotel to book a room. However, the hotel manager, Manjeet Singroule, denied him accommodation because Tiwari presented a local ID card, which did not meet the hotel's booking policy. This refusal led to a verbal altercation, but Tiwari left the premises without further incident.

Violent Retaliation and Public Assault

The next day, Tiwari returned to the hotel with a group of friends, intent on retaliation. The group confronted Manjeet, dragged him out onto the street, and began to assault him violently. The attackers filmed the entire episode, and the video soon went viral on Instagram. This public exposure caught the attention of the local authorities, leading to a quick response.

Police Arrest and Public Parade of Accused

Garha Police Station in-charge Nilesh Dohre confirmed the arrests of all four attackers in a dramatic operation. The accused were paraded through the streets by Jabalpur’s Garha police as part of an effort to set an example. According to Dohre, the viral video had reached senior police officials, who ordered an immediate investigation. Based on the victim's complaint and the viral footage, the police swiftly identified and apprehended the culprits.
