Man fires at widow over late husband's debt in UP; Video surfaces

A disturbing incident has come to light from Uttar Pradesh’s Bulandshar where a man opened fire at a woman. According to the sources, the victim is a widow whose late husband had taken a loan from the accused before his death. Tensions escalated, leading to this violent act.

Authorities are investigating the incident, and the video is being used as evidence in the case. The community is in shock, demanding justice for the woman and stricter measures against such acts of violence.

Accused arrested by Police

Taking swift action in the case, soon after the horrific video surfaced on social media, the police arrested the accused and registered a case. Taking it to the official X handle, the Bulanshar Police shared the byte of Circle Officer Khurja regarding a viral video on social media in which a person was firing in front of a woman's house under Police Station Jahangirpur area.
