A shocking incident has surfaced from Uttar Pradeshs Gorakhpur where a 23-year-old man was gang-raped after being made hostage in a hotel. According to the reports, the victim approached the police but instead of taking any action, they kept shifting him from one police station to another for jurisdiction issues.Victim harassed at police stationAccording to the information, the officials lodged an FIR but after making the victim wait for long hours at the Police station and insulted him with weird questions and apprehensions. Reportedly, after feeling insulted and harassed the victim committed suicide a few hours later. The case has been highlighted by NCM India Council For Men Affairs, following which the police arrested 3 of the four accused.Meanwhile, the NCM India Council has highlighted that the Indian Police is not sensitive enough to deal with cases of male sexual assault.
