Lok Sabha Elections 2024: To secure over 370 seats, BJP to begin 2-Day National Council Meet today

As the Lok Sabha election is almost near, the rulling party Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) is planning strategically to secure over 370 seats. Now, the rulling party has slated a two-day national convention on February 17-18.

PM Modi to attend BJP's 2-day national council meet

A meeting of the BJP's national office bearers has been scheduled for February 17, which will also likely to attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. 

Timing of BJP national council meet

This meeting will start at 9:30 AM on February 17. BJP National President JP Nadda will deliver his presidential address and the meeting will begin. PM Modi will conclude the convention with valedictory address on February 18. 

11,000 BJP representative will attend

The 2-Day National council meet will include 11,000 delegates. The general secretaries, convenors of cells, presidents of all Morchas, muncipal corporations, muncipalities, nagar panchayats, district panchayats, Lok Sabha extensionists, Disciplinary Committee, Finance Committee, district-in-charges, and media cell convenors will be invited to the convention. 

Expectation from 2 Day meet

According to sources, two resolutions will be passed at the national convention meeting. One can be a political proposal and the other can be based on economic, social and Ram Mandir-related topics. Consecration of Ram Lalla in the grand Ram Temple of Ayodhya, women's reservation, achievements of Modi government and ISRO, effective steps taken by the Modi government during Covid-19 will be included in the proposals. 

Meanwhile, ahead of this 2-Day meet, BJP National president JP Nadda inaugurated the exhibition of the BJP National Convention at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi.
