Lok Sabha Elections 2024: As the Lok Sabha elections draw near, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has released its lineup of candidates for the Delhi constituencies. AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal has nominated Sahiram Pehalwan to contest from the South Delhi seat. Earlier in Lok Sabha elections 2019, Raghav Chadha represented the party in the same constituency.

On Saturday, MP Raghav Chadha met Sahiram Pehalwan, AAP's candidate for South Delhi, and extended his congratulations by offering him sweets. Chadha shared photos of their meeting on social media, expressing his support for the new candidate.

In a social media post, Raghav Chadha repeated his confidence in Sahiram Pehalwan's ability to secure victory in the upcoming elections. He stated, "The responsibility of contesting the Lok Sabha elections from South Delhi, which was given to me by the Aam Aadmi Party in 2019, has now been entrusted to my brother Sahiram Pehalwan ji."

Furthermore, it added, "I met him today and wished him all the best for this new responsibility. I am fully confident that he will win this seat with hard work and contribute to the party's success."
