In the series of lift incidents, another incident of residents stuck in the lift has surfaced on social media. Another horrific case was reported just a month ago when in Paras Tierra Society the breaks of the lift failed which led to a sudden crash through the roof of the buildings top floor. The lift was carrying two delivery boys and a tenant when the incident happened.In another such incident at the same society, an elderly lady lost her life in tower 24 last year.Hit-and-run in GoaMeanwhile, another horrific incident has been reported from Goa, where, a resident of Mharvapaz-Usgao on Ponda met an accident when he was crossing the road. Reportedly, a 10-wheeler interstate truck crashed into a pedestrian and drove over his head, which made his headland a kilometre away from the site. As per officials, the driver was not aware of the accident and the head of the victim must have got stuck between the gap in between the wheels.
