The order issued by the Honble Lt. Governor of Delhi states that disciplinary proceedings are being considered against Dr. R.N. Das, Officer on Special Duty (OSD), to the Minister of Health, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. In accordance with sub-rule (1) of Rule 10 of the CCS (CCA) Rules, 1965, the Honble Lt. Governor has exercised the power to immediately suspend Dr. R.N.
