Meanwhile, the CBI has already served summons to all 17 people in this case.Notably, the land-for-job scam took place during the second tenure of the UPA government when Lalu Pradesh was the Union Railway Minister.Home Ministry on land-for-job caseOn September 12, the Home Ministry gave the order to lodge a case against the RDJ chief and the special CBI court admitted the case. The court then accepted the chargesheet filed against Tejashwi Yadav as well.
