Karnataka man ties dog to scooter, drags on streets for 6 km; Shocking video surfaces

A startling video from Shirva in the Karnataka district of Udupi has surfaced. where a dog is being cruelly pulled by a man while riding a scooter down the street. The accused reportedly took the dog more than six kilometers away. With the dog, this was done until it passed away.

After the case was filed, Shirva PSI conducted an investigation and stated, "A man from Mallar chained his dog to a scooter and pulled it toward Shirva." The incident, which was captured on camera by a few people, went viral on social media. The defendant was recognized as Kombugudde native Abdul Khader. Additionally, he was observed using the scooter without a helmet."
