Kapil Sharma, Rajpal Yadav, Remo D'Souza face alarming death threats; Mumbai Police launch investigation

Entertainment News: Renowned comedian Kapil Sharma has recently found himself in a troubling situation after receiving a death threat, joining the ranks of other celebrities who have faced similar threats. Notable figures such as Rajpal Yadav, Sugandha Mishra, and Remo D'Souza have also reported receiving alarming messages.

Kapil Sharma Faces Death Threat

The Mumbai police have taken action by registering an FIR following complaints lodged by both Kapil Sharma and Rajpal Yadav. In addition, a non-cognisable offence was recorded in response to Sugandha Mishra's complaint.Reports indicate that the threatening messages originated from an individual using the name 'Bishnu.' The email not only conveyed threats but also asserted that the sender had been closely monitoring the celebrities' activities.

The email warned, "We are watching your recent actions closely. We believe it is necessary to bring a sensitive matter to your attention. This is not a public stunt or an attempt to harass you. We request that you take this message seriously and maintain confidentiality."

Urgent Demands and Consequences

The sender of the email issued a stern warning, stating that if their demands were not met within eight hours, there could be "dangerous consequences." However, the specific nature of these demands has not yet been disclosed. Meanwhile, the Amboli Police have filed an FIR under Section 351(3) of the BNS following a complaint made by Rajpal Yadav's wife. Complaints have also been filed by Sugandha Mishra and Remo D’Souza.
