Mumbai police nab two suspects in connection with shooting incident at Salman Khan's Galaxy Apartments

The two alleged shooters have been detained by the Mumbai Crime Branch on suspicion of being involved in the shooting incident outside Salman Khan's Bandra West home. The two accused were apprehended late on Monday night in Bhuj, Gujarat, according to the Mumbai Police.
Officials added, that both of the accused, who left Mumbai following the firing, have been taken into custody in Bhuj, Gujarat. They said they will be taken to Mumbai for further questioning.

The shooting incident happened early on Sunday morning. The actor lives in Galaxy Apartments. Two males who are not identifiable opened fire outside the building and then ran away. Law enforcement authorities responded to the event quickly. The suspects arrived at the location on a motorcycle, hiding their faces behind helmets, according to preliminary inquiry, suggesting a "meticulously planned attack." During the event, they fired four bullets in total, leaving a live cartridge at the scene.

The Mumbai crime branch takes swift action!

Two people were previously called in for interrogation by the Mumbai Crime Branch over the most recent shooting incident. Salman and Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde had a phone conversation about the incident after it happened. Along with talking with the Mumbai Police Commissioner, Mr. Shinde recommended stepping up the actor's security.

Salman Khan's security has been heightened to Y-Plus since November 2022 as a result of threats from gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar. In addition, Mr. Khan has purchased a new armored automobile for extra security and has been given permission to carry a personal pistol.
