A 30-year-old resident of Dausa, Rajasthan, stated on Sunday that she had been sexually assaulted for over five years by a judge of the Ajmer Civil Court. A few days prior, the complainant woman was accused by the accused judge of extortion and honey trapping. The police are looking into this. The judge and the woman have been acquainted for five years. According to authorities, a lady accused the judge of raping her in a complaint filed at the Dausa women's police station. Under the condition of anonymity, a Dausa police official said the lady had claimed that Judge Vijendra Meena (33), who had been having extramarital affairs with her since 2019, had refused to marry her and had also falsely filed a false police report (FIR) in Ajmer against her.

The accused makes waves

The woman met the accused judge, Vijendra, five years ago in Dausa, the police claim. She was employed as a Lower Division Clerk (LDC) in Raisinghnagar, Sriganganagar district. where they were both studying in Dausa for the 2019 Rajasthan Judicial Service Examination. "However, Judge Meena submitted a FIR against the woman on June 16, stating that she forcibly had sexual relations with him one day in 2019 and also shot a video of it," stated Ajmer North CO Rudra Prakash Sharma. Following this, the woman began threatening to marry him or give her a Rs. 50 lakh apartment."

The judge's FIR further claimed that he made multiple attempts at suicide as a result of the woman's ongoing psychological torment. According to the FIR, "The woman and her family continued to blackmail me even after I moved to Ajmer. In the past three years, they had stolen about Rs 330,000 from me, and they were also pressuring me to get married. They threatened to launch a rape complaint against me if I refused to wed her.

FIR under these clauses

Ajmer Civil Lines police station has filed a formal report (FIR) under sections 384, 385, 504 (blackmail), and 509 of the Indian Penal Code against the woman and her seven family members in response to Judge Meena's complaint. But the woman has also filed a different complaint against Judge Meena, claiming that she has been raped by Judge Meena since 2019 under the guise of marriage.
