Their online interactions progressed to friendship over time.Accused raped her for three daysAfter establishing contact, Satish invited the woman to meet him in Jind. However, upon her arrival on March 4, he allegedly took her to a residence in Uchana where he subjected her to a horrific ordeal of rape over three days.Police registered a case after complaintFollowing the traumatic experience, the victim was abandoned by Satish at the Jind bus stand before he fled the scene. The Uchana police station promptly registered a case against Satish under multiple sections, including rape, initiating an investigation into the incident.In recent days, the cases have increased where people, who got in touch through social media were subjected to assault or abuse.
