Jharkhand News: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath issued a controversial “bulldozer” warning in Jharkhand on Monday, igniting a heated debate as the Supreme Court recently introduced nationwide guidelines against arbitrary demolitions. The BJP leader, known for pioneering the bulldozer tactic, accused the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM)-led coalition government of widespread corruption and infiltration issues.

Allegations of Looting and Infiltration

Addressing a gathering in Jamtara, Adityanath alleged that the JMM-led coalition had plundered Jharkhand’s natural resources and misused funds allocated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. "They have encouraged infiltration by Bangladeshi migrants and Rohingyas, creating threats to ‘beti, mati, roti’ (girls, land, and food). The bulldozer is on standby to reclaim the looted funds," he declared.

Claims of Mafia Activity Draining Resources

Adityanath accused the ruling coalition of turning a blind eye to rampant illegal resource extraction under their governance, alleging that such activities were leaving Jharkhand “hollowed out.” He claimed these mafia-driven activities flourished under the administration’s watch, exacerbating the state’s economic challenges.

In his fiery rhetoric, the UP CM also accused the JMM government of backing infiltrators engaged in “land jihad” and “love jihad.” He promised that if the BJP’s National Democratic Alliance (NDA) gained power, they would crack down on such forces.

Dig at Congress Over Ram Mandir

Yogi Adityanath didn’t spare Congress, a JMM ally, claiming it had obstructed the construction of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. He further asserted, "Now it's time for the Krishna Kanhaiya Temple in Mathura," signaling his intent to pursue Hindu religious projects with vigor. The speech comes just days before the final phase of the Jharkhand assembly elections, with polling set to take place shortly. The results, anticipated with intense interest, will be declared on Saturday.
