A disturbing discovery shook Jharkhand this morning as four mutilated bodies were found in the wee hours of Saturday on a railway track between Talaburu and Kendoposi stations in West Singhbhum district. Officials suspect foul play, believing the victims were murdered before being placed on the tracks.

According to the Southeastern Railway (SER), the bodies included a man, a woman, a child, and another individual found tied in a gunny bag. Railway Protection Force (RPF) Commandant Shankar Kutty confirmed the investigation is ongoing, stating, "This was clearly not a case of death on the railway track, they were murdered and then put on the track."

Further action and public concern

Police, forensic teams, and RPF personnel are currently on the scene conducting a thorough investigation. The identities of the victims and the motive behind this alleged crime remain unknown.
