Now, recently, the politician lost her calm at Deputy Chairman of the Rajya Sabha, Harivansh Narayan Singh after he called her using her husband's name.
In the viral video, Harivansh Narayan said- Shrimati Jaya Amitabh Bachchan ji, please. Just after listening this, she lost her calm and said, " Sir, sirf Jaya Bachchan bolte to kaafi ho jata." She also added, "This is something new, that women will be recognised by the name of their husbands. Women have no existence or achievements of their own.
Harivansh Narayan Singh drew attention to a specific detail regarding Jaya Bachchan. He highlighted that according to the official records maintained by the Indian Parliament, Jaya Bachchan's name is formally registered as "Jaya Amitabh Bachchan." This notation in the parliamentary records signifies that her name is recognized in conjunction with her husband, Amitabh Bachchan, the renowned Bollywood actor.
Video went viral on social media, sparking a lot of discussions on the video. One user wrote, " My deepest sympathy for Amitabh bachchan."
