The agenda specified discussion on the Lieutenant Governors address.” Sharma criticized other parties, claiming they were in a “rat race,” although they “know nothing is going to happen.” Referring to the abrogation of Article 370, Sharma remarked, “The Act was passed by the biggest temple of democracy in the country (Parliament).”This comment incited heated reactions, with NC and BJP members on their feet, and BJP members even tearing copies of the resolution.
