On Friday, renowned storyteller Devkinandan Thakur took the stage at India Daily Live's conclave. During his address, Thakur candidly shared his views on a range of topics, from Ayodhya to Mathura. When asked about the issue of fraudulent spiritual leaders in the wake of the Hathras incident, he emphasized that storytellers should aim to connect people with the divine rather than resorting to magic, witchcraft, or miracles.

Thakur also voiced his opinion on the Mathura dispute, expressing a desire for a resolution under the current government. He advocated for having at least 51 religious leaders in Parliament to preserve India's cultural heritage and insisted that the resolution of the Mathura issue should be prioritized.

He further remarked that if the country can deliver justice to figures like Kasab, then it should also ensure justice for his revered Krishna. Thakur's comments on BJP's defeat in the Faizabad seat included criticism of BJP candidate Lallu Singh, attributing the party's losses in Faizabad and a few other constituencies to Singh's controversial statements.
