Celebrated Indian Administrative Services(IAS) topper, Tina Dabi and her husband, fellow IAS officer Pradeep Gawande welcomed their first child on Friday. They became proud parents of a baby boy, a year after their wedding.Tina belonged to the 2015 batch of IAS toppers and was the first female district collector of Jaisalmer before she sought a non-field position in Jaipur due to her impending pregnancy earlier this year. She shared a farewell post on her social media account in July.Prior to her joining in Jaisalmer, Tina Dabi was the joint secretary in the Rajasthan finance department. She was also the first person from the Dalit community to top the prestigious civil services examination in 2015, reports suggest which immediately shot her to fame.Personal life of Tina DabiHer previous wedding with Athar Amir Khan was attended by several politicians as well before she divorced from Athar and got married to Pradeep Gawande last year.Tina and her husband Pradeep Gawande met during the Covid-19 pandemic when they were tasked with ensuring supplies. The couple then tied the knot in April 2022.Pradeep Gawande is also a 2013-batch IAS officer and hails from Maharashtras Latur. He completed his MBBS at Ghati Hospital in Aurangabad and cleared UPSC in 2013. Currently, he is an IAS officer of the Rajasthan cadre.
