BJP MLA gives fiery warning

On the call, Maithani issued a strong warning to the officer. He declared that no one should be made homeless and threatened severe consequences if any eviction attempts were made. "If anyone casts an evil eye on this colony, I will throw everyone, including the bulldozer, into the canal," Maithani warned. He demanded that all eviction notices be torn up and the planned eviction halted immediately.

A video of the MLA’s heated conversation quickly went viral on social media. In the video, Maithani is heard saying, "Modiji and Yogiji are giving homes to people, and you will destroy them? Do you have the guts?" He reiterated that no bulldozer or official should be seen in the colony and promised to take direct action if his warning was ignored.

Maithani stated that the canal in question was being cemented to benefit the poor. He accused the officials of trying to destroy the homes of the underprivileged and vowed to fight against any injustice. "If you come here, then fight with us," he challenged, stressing that he would prioritize the residents' welfare over his legislative duties if necessary.
