Maharashtra News: In a disturbing incident that has sparked outrage, a man was recorded committing an act of sexual violence against a stray dog on the skywalk at Borivali Railway Station in Mumbai. The shocking footage, which has gone viral on social media, shows the perpetrator engaging in this heinous act in a deserted area late at night.
The event took place on January 29, 2025, around 3 AM. The video reveals a young man walking along the bridge when he encounters another man assaulting the defenseless dog. The individual filming the incident confronts the accused, asking him, "Kya kar raha hai?" (What are you doing?). The assailant quickly stands up and attempts to leave the scene.
Following the confrontation, the person recording the video pursues the accused while continuing to question him about his actions. The footage concludes with the assailant walking away from the camera. This distressing event was shared by an animal activist group known as "StreetdogsofBombay" on Instagram, accompanied by a powerful message condemning the act of cruelty.
The post stated, "On January 29, 2025, around 3 AM, a heartbreaking case of animal cruelty took place near Borivali Station flyover, Mumbai, where a helpless dog was subjected to unimaginable abuse. Such cruelty has no place in our society, and we must ensure the culprit is held accountable."
The activist group urged followers to assist in identifying the perpetrator and emphasized the need for collective action against animal abuse. They wrote, "We need your help! If you have any information about this incident, please come forward. Together, we can stand against animal abuse and work towards a safer world for all beings. Speak up, spread awareness, and help us ensure justice is served! If you have any leads, please contact us.
