Hospital staff beats, thrashes old patient; Horrific VIDEO surfaces

In Hisar's Haryana a doctor, a nursing officer, and others from Sapra Hospital on Rajgarh Road in Haryana's Hisar can be seen holding a patient in the ICU and beating him.the patient's son, Darshan, a resident of Kalayat in Kaithal, filed a complaint.

New Delhi: A disturbing video of beating a patient in the hospital is going viral on social media platforms on Wednesday.  In the video, a doctor, a nursing officer, and others from Sapra Hospital on Rajgarh Road in Haryana's Hisar can be seen holding a patient in the ICU and beating him.

Police register assault and death threat case 

In this regard, the patient's son, Darshan, a resident of Kalayat in Kaithal, filed a complaint with the Civil Line police station. Based on the complaint, the police have registered a case of assault and death threats against the doctor, nursing officer, security guard, and two other people.
Darshan Singh from Kalayat said that his father, Krishna, is suffering from a liver disease.

On June 18, his cousin Ashok admitted his father to Sapra Hospital. After examination, the doctor placed him in the ICU. His cousin Sumit was at the hospital to take care of his father.

In the early morning of June 19, the hospital staff allegedly held his father hostage, beat him, and threatened to kill him. His father told him about this incident in the morning. The accusation of assault is against Naveen from Jogi Wali in Sirsa, Sonu from Chanana in Rajasthan, a doctor, a nursing officer, and a security guard.

What do hospital authorities say? 

Dr Tarun Sapra of Sapra Hospital said that the dispute involving the patient was a personal matter. He further added that this incident had nothing to do with the hospital. The patient has no issues with the hospital and his treatment is still ongoing. 

Based on Darshan's complaint, a case of assault and death threats has been registered against Naveen, Sonu, a doctor, a nursing officer, and a security guard from Sapra Hospital. Investigating officer, Anil Kumar of Civil Line police station stated that this case is under investigation.
