New Delhi: A mind-boggling incident occurred in UP's Muzaffarpur where a bride married 5 men and being HIV positive, passed on the disease as she changed husbands. The woman was in jail a month and a half ago and it was then found out that the woman was suffering from this sexually transmitted disease. Now, the police are trying to trace how many people were physically involved with the women so that it can be discovered how many people are in the tentacles of this life-threatening disease.
Hailing from Rudrapur district of Uttarakhand, the woman was arrested by the police with her mother and five other people on May 5, 2024. The whole group used to get married via mediators of the city, perform their respective acts, and then mix different kinds of substances in the family's food at night and used to grab all the valuables and jewelry, and run away from there together.
Her last victim from Khedidudhahari got the fruit of his marriage within two days when the shrewd woman took everything that he owned and ran away. After this incident, the woman was arrested by the police.
After being put behind bars, it was discovered that the woman was suffering from the HIV which was confirmed by the police after multiple tests. The woman accepted in front of the police that she had married five people in the village and a few others were in physical relations with her. When the people involved with her got to know about this, they got themselves checked and it was found out that 3 of them had also caught the virus. It is also being said that the con woman's sister was also suffering from HIV, but she died.
The women had confessed to the Police about her being infected as well.
