Youngsters chant hate slogans in Lakhimpur (X/KavishAziz)

A disturbing video has surfaced from Sumer Nagar in Lakhimpur Kheri, showcasing a group of young boys, led by a man named Devraj Singh, raising communal slogans filled with hatred. The video, which has quickly gained attention, highlights the deep-seated animosity towards Muslims within these individuals, including Devraj, who is seen inciting violence and communal discord.

The video features Devraj Singh calling for Hindus to "take up arms" and "save Hindus," using charged language that incites violence and division. "The betel nut has been cut, the part has been cut," he declares, followed by the provocative statement, "Katua ran away to Pakistan." Such rhetoric is alarmingly divisive, intended to fuel animosity between religious communities.

Meanwhile, it is important to note that this is not the first time; a similar incident has come to light from other parts of the country as well when the Muslims claiming Bangladeshi have been attacked by Hindus after violence against Hindus in Bangladesh amid student protest. The act is seen as violent as the communal language at a young age is dangerous, as it can lead to a cycle of radicalization and violence that becomes increasingly difficult to break.

Recently, a similar incident came to light when Ghaziabad Police arrested Pinky Chawdhary, the president of Hindu Raksha Dal, along with his 15-20 supporters who allegedly assaulted Muslim families residing in local slums calling them Bangladeshi. The group also vandalized the camps they were living in.
