After shocking rape and murder of junior doctor in Kolkata, another shocking scandal has erupted at Gudlavalleru Engineering College in Andhra Pradesh after a hidden camera was found in the women’s hostel washroom. According to the media sources, the camera, which had been covertly recording students, was discovered by a group of female students on Thursday evening. This disturbing revelation has led to a wave of protests and significant unrest within the college community.

The discovery of the concealed camera ignited immediate outrage among the students. By 7 PM, a large-scale protest had been organized, with students chanting "We want justice" as they demanded accountability and transparency. Over 300 Photos And Videos Were Leaked 

In response to the scandal, police have arrested Vijay Kumar, a senior B Tech student from the boys' hostel. Kumar, who is in his final year, has had his laptop seized as part of the ongoing investigation. Preliminary reports indicate that over 300 photos and videos from the washroom were leaked, some of which were sold to other students by Kumar.

Earlier also similar incident was reported in Bengaluru, where a hidden phone was discovered in a women’s washroom at a popular coffee shop. The phone, found by a content creator, was found to be continuously recording through a hole in its bag.
