New Delhi: In a dramatic turn of events within the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), discontent among leaders over not being selected for the upcoming Haryana Assembly elections has been captured in several viral social media videos. A video has surfaced notable incident involving Haryana's OBC Morcha leader and former minister Karan Dev Kamboj.

During a recent meeting, Kamboj notably refused to shake hands with Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini. As shown in the footage, Chief Minister Saini approached Kamboj with an extended hand, only for Kamboj to pass him by with his hands folded in greeting. Despite Saini’s attempt to clasp Kamboj’s hand, the leader continued to walk away, visibly showing his displeasure over his exclusion from the party’s candidate list.

Kamboj subsequently took his place next to the Chief Minister but avoided eye contact and further interaction. He has also resigned from his position as the state BJP's OBC Morcha chief. Expressing his frustration, Kamboj remarked, "Perhaps the BJP does not need loyalists anymore." He criticized the party for favoring newer entrants with tickets while disregarding long-serving members.
