Haridwar man drags woman off rickshaw, forces her to sleep with him; Does THIS when resisted

New Delhi: A youngster was dragged from the rickshaw and sexually assaulted in Haridwar's Kankhal district. Her purse and cell phone were also stolen. Based on the father of the adolescent's allegation, police have opened an investigation and filed a case against the accused. A man stated that his daughter was taking a rickshaw to Haridwar on August 8th when he filed a complaint against the accused at the Kankhal police station.
