Haridwar: 15-year-old minor mercilessly raped by man, Court rules; Shocking details emerge

The victim's family filed a case against him under several sections, including rape. Most of the witnesses have testified in the case on behalf of the prosecution. Following the hearings of the prosecution and defense attorneys, Additional Sessions Judge/FTSC Chandramani Rai denied accused Mohammad Mushtaq Qadri's bail request.

A 15-year-old underage girl was the victim of reported abuse. Under the guise of a trip, the kid is said to have been transported to a hotel and sexually assaulted. The culprit was taken into custody by the police. Mohammed Mushtaq Qadri was named as the accused. The petition for Qadri's release, made by the young man charged with luring and raping a juvenile girl, was denied by FTSC/Additional District Judge Chandramani Rai. According to government counsel Bhupendra Chauhan, a 15-year-old minor from a Laksar region hamlet arrived at the Haridwar railway station on August 20, 2022, without telling her family. At the train station, she ran into the accused kid.

The victim was allegedly persuaded by the accused teenager, who then brought her to a hotel under the false pretense of taking her to Har ki Pauri, where he sexually assaulted her. In addition, the young person in question is charged with seducing the victim and transporting her from Haridwar to Delhi.
The mother of the victim had reported her daughter missing to the authorities. The victim's family had been notified by Delhi Police. where the victim was transported to Haridwar from Delhi by her brother-in-law and other people. The victim told her family and the police the whole story when she got home.

The accused, Muhammad Mushtaq Qadri, son of Aqeel Ahmed, resides in the Sirasul Sitaram police station in the Bilsi district of Badaun, Uttar Pradesh.
