This event will also present an opportunity for civilians to behold the Indian Air Force’s dedication to excellence.

IAF’s 91st anniversary

On Sunday, IAF Chief Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari addressed the 91st Indian Air Force Day and said that if India is on its way to becoming a developed nation by 2047 the Indian Air Force must be amongst the best by the time we complete 100 years.

The Chief Air Chief Marshal said, “In my first address two years ago, I spoke about my experience with all air warriors so that the Air Force remains relevant and contemporary. In my last year’s address, I spoke about the requirements and transformation, and how hybrid warfare and multi-domain operations highlight the need to redefine, reimagine, and recalibrate ourselves. This year, I would like to focus on making that vision a reality”.
