Srinagar grenade attack: A grenade attack near the bustling Tourist Reception Centre (TRC) in Srinagar injured at least ten people on Sunday, causing panic during the busy Sunday market. The attack unfolded in a crowded flea market near the TRC, a well-guarded area in Srinagar, as terrorists reportedly hurled a grenade into the crowd.

The explosion triggered chaos, with shoppers scrambling for safety amidst the blast. The attack comes just a day after security forces neutralized a high-ranking Pakistani commander of the terror group Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) in Srinagar's Khanyar area.

Emergency response and security measures

In response to the explosion, security forces and medical personnel quickly arrived at the scene, providing emergency assistance. All ten injured were transported to a nearby hospital, where they are receiving medical treatment.
