Blind children beaten in Gorakhpur video: A shocking incident from Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, has drawn widespread attention, where visually impaired children were allegedly mistreated while appealing for their rights at the District Magistrate's office. The children had gone to request the appointment of teachers for their school and raise other grievances. However, instead of being heard, they were reportedly pushed, verbally abused, and threatened by officials.

This disturbing event occurred in the presence of ADM Finance and Revenue Vineet Singh, who can be heard using abusive language towards the children at the end of the video that has surfaced. The children, who are blind and unable to witness the changing dynamics of the world, were there for their right to education and support but were instead met with hostility.

ADM's behavior sparks outrage, video surfaces

The incident took place in Gorakhpur, the hometown of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. According to reports, several journalists were also injured while trying to cover the event. The mistreatment of these vulnerable children, who came with hope to voice their concerns, has sparked widespread outrage, with many questioning the behavior of the officials involved.

Despite their efforts to meet the DM and voice their concerns, no concrete information has been made available regarding the welfare of the children since the incident.

Plea for action from Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath

A video circulating on social media has highlighted the inhumane behavior towards these children. Public figures and citizens alike have urged Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to take immediate action against the officials involved and ensure that these children’s needs are met.

"This is not about religion; these children cannot even see the world around them. They deserve to be treated with dignity and respect," commented a social media user, calling for justice. The mistreatment of blind children demanding their rights raises serious concerns about the state's governance and treatment of marginalized communities.
