In a big relief, Oil marketing companies reduced the prices of 19 kg commercial cylinders and 5 kg FTL (Free Trade LPG) cylinders. After the new cut, the price of 19 kg LPG cylinder has reduced by Rs 30.50 in the national capital Delhi, Rs 31.50 in Mumbai, Rs 30.50 in Chennai and Rs 32 in Kolkata. 

Reduced cylinder rates in four metros

 The price of gas cylinders has been reduced in all four metros of the country. This time this reduction has happened in the price of commercial gas cylinder. According to the website of IOCL, the price of commercial gas cylinder has been reduced by more than Rs 30. This deduction is only for commercial LPG cylinders. There has been no change of any kind in the prices of domestic LPG cylinders by the government. The prices of domestic LPG cylinders remain the same in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata as well as other small and big cities of the country.

New rates of LPG in your city

After the cut, the rate of 19 kg LPG cylinder in Delhi has become Rs 1764.50. Earlier it was Rs 1795. At the same time, the price of commercial LPG cylinder in Chennai has come down to Rs 1930. At the same time, the price of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder in Mumbai and Kolkata has become Rs 1717.50 and Rs 1879.

14.2 kilo domestic LPG cylinder is available for Rs 803 in Delhi, Rs 829 in Kolkata, Rs 802.50 in Mumbai and Rs 818.50 in Chennai. To provide relief to the general public from inflation, the government has reduced the prices of domestic LPG cylinders almost twice in the last 6 months. The government had reduced the price of domestic LPG cylinder by Rs 100. At the same time, on the occasion of Rakshabandhan, a reduction of Rs 200 was announced in the price of domestic LPG cylinders.
