New Delhi: In a dramatic incident at Ludhiana railway station on Thursday morning, a 15-year-old girl was found hanging precariously from high tension wires on a foot overbridge. The shocking sight left onlookers breathless as they attempted to help the girl, who kept moving from one end to the other, making rescue efforts incredibly challenging.
