In a shocking revelation, Nisha Soni and her associates from Amroha, Uttar Pradesh, have been accused of operating a scheme involving blackmail, extortion, and the manipulation of false rape allegations. The group's modus operandi reportedly includes trapping individuals and coercing them into paying large sums of money by threatening to frame them in fabricated rape cases.

One of the most glaring instances involves two doctors from Metro Hospital, Amroha. According to sources, Soni lodged a false rape complaint against these medical professionals, which later led to a settlement after she allegedly extorted Rs 10 lakhs from them. Dr Kasim, a man captured in a red t-shirt while accepting the money, is believed to be a key member of this criminal gang.

Despite the seriousness of the allegations, the silence from medical associations has been deafening. No significant outcry has been observed, even when their fellow practitioners were targeted and extorted through such malicious means.

According to National India Council for Men, the issue of false rape cases is not isolated to Amroha. Across states like Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh, similar gangs are reportedly active, perpetuating a cycle of fear and injustice. The prevalence of such schemes has led to growing concern among the public, with many arguing that false rape accusations should be treated as severely as the crime of rape itself, given the profound damage they can inflict on innocent lives.
