The launch was also put on hold for 5 seconds after the delay due to errors in the launch process.The Indian Space Agency then said that all the errors were identified and corrected following which the launch was scheduled for 10:00 a.m.This is a milestone for India as it demonstrates that the country has the capability to send humans into space.
