Dignitaries from all over the world are getting ready for a culinary spectacle as the G20 Summit, which is scheduled for September 9 and 10, approaches. The Taj Mahal in New Delhi has long been a favorite with diplomats. Chef Arun Sundararaj, Director of Culinary Operations, has created a special menu for G20 visitors that places a strong emphasis on millets. He cleverly mixed them to produce unique menu items for three dinners.
Ragi idli and millet pancakes will be served in the mornings.
Lamb and little millet soup, Palm heart, cherry tomatoes, pearl millet mixed mesclun Murgh, Badam and amaranth korma, Millet nargisi kofta, Caramelised onion, and cumin millet pulao formulate the meal for the international envoys.
The representatives of their sweet tooth will feast on Wild rice and pearl millet mousse, orange quinoa, and little millet kheer.
Chef Arun has put together Assorted Choco Bon Bon, Indian sweets – pista and pumpkin roll, kaju katli, gullkand rose ladoo, Naan khatai cookies, Oat and chocolate granola bars, Bhuna gosht, Awadhi murg korma, Coconut payasam, Malwani prawn, Hyderabad Ghosht Biryani, Malai kofta, Potato Varuwal and G20-branded macaroons will be added

The G20 Summit is taking place in New Delhi on September 9–10. For the G20 Summit, world leaders will travel to New Delhi. Notably, India took over the G20 presidency on December 1 of last year, and 60 cities throughout the nation hosted 200 G20 sessions.
The 18th G20 Heads of State and Government Summit, which will take place in New Delhi, will be the culmination of all the G20 procedures and gatherings of ministers, senior officials, and civil society that took place throughout the year.
