Bihar is represented by four cabinet ministers and four ministers of state, drawn from BJP, JDU, LJP-R, and HAM in Modi 3.0 cabinet. The increase in ministerial positions has raised the expectations of the state. Cabinet Ministers and their budgets

Jitan Ram Manjhi - Ministry of MSME

HAM leader Jitan Ram Manjhi heads the Ministry of Small, Cottage, and Medium Enterprises (MSME). For the fiscal year 2024-25, the MSME Ministry has been allocated a budget of ₹22,137.95 crores. This ministry plays a crucial role in promoting small-scale industries, which are vital for economic growth and employment generation.

Rajiv Ranjan Singh (Lallan Singh) - Multiple Ministries

JDU leader Rajiv Ranjan Singh, also known as Lallan Singh, oversees three departments under two ministries. The Ministry of Panchayati Raj has a budget of ₹1,183.64 crores, aimed at strengthening local governance. The Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, and Dairy split into two departments, has budgets of ₹2,584.50 crores for Fisheries and ₹4,521.24 crores for Animal Husbandry and Dairy.
