In a significant development in the investigation into the alleged leak of the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (Undergraduate) (NEET-UG) paper, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested Dr Ehsanul Haque, principal of Oasis School, and Imtiaz Alam, vice-principal and NEET-UG district coordinator designated by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
Fifteen people, including three members of a single family, lost their lives early Friday morning when a van collided with a parked truck in Haveri district, Karnataka. Two others were injured in the accident, according to police officials. The collision occurred near Gundenahalli Cross in Byadagi Taluk on National Highway 4 at around 3:30 AM.
