On the eve of Diwali, a 35-year-old man named Soham Patel lost his life after being struck by a speeding car while bursting firecrackers on the roadside in the Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The incident occurred on November 30 and was captured on CCTV footage, which showed the devastating moment when the vehicle hit Patel, who was enjoying the festive atmosphere.Fatal accident involving firecrackersWitnesses reported that the driver fled the scene immediately after the collision, leaving Soham severely injured on the ground.
