Friends abduct woman from mall, beat, molests her inside car for THIS reason

New Delhi: In a shocking incident from Uttar Pradesh, a girl has filed a case in New Agra police station under sections of rioting, molestation, assault, abuse. It is alleged that her friend called her to the mall on some pretext. The friend's friend along with his friends took her away in the car. They misbehaved with her. However, the reason of the molestation is due to money transactions between them. 

What's full matter? 

The girl is a resident of Rajamandi area. The victim had given a complaint in New Agra police station on Thursday. She told the police that her friend had borrowed 25 thousand rupees from her. On demanding the money back, her friend along with her friend Jitendra Pathak started plotting to defame her. They removed her photos from her social media account. They started spreading false propaganda about her on social media. Her friend had called her to SRK mall on some pretext. She went to meet him.

Molests her inside car

Jitendra Pathak, who was friend of accused had brought a car. He made her sit in the car. The accused beat her up and held her hands. Jitendra Pathak also molested her. Police said that a case has been registered on the basis of the complaint. Action will be taken on the basis of evidence. There is a transaction dispute between the victim and her friend. The victim has mentioned this in the complaint.

Police is currently investigating the matter 

The Police are reviewing the CCTV footages. Evidence is being collected to confirm the statement given by the victim. The girl's statement will be confirmed by watching the video. Also, action will be taken on the basis of the complaint. Police say that investigation is going on in the case. The girl's statement has been recorded and the girl's friend's statement will also be taken.
