It is worth mentioning that the hearing of the case against former MP Dhananjay Singh from Jaunpur, who is accused of kidnapping project manager Abhinav Singhal from Namami Gange, demanding ransom, using abusive language, and issuing threats, concluded in the Allahabad High Court on Thursday based on his bail application.After the hearing conducted by Justice Sanjay Kumar Singhs single bench, a decision was reserved. The court pronounced its verdict on Saturday. He has been shifted to Bareilly jail today.It is noteworthy that in the case of abduction, former MP Dhananjay Singh, until the final verdict was pronounced by the High Court after filing an appeal against the seven-year sentence from Jaunpurs special court, had been knocking on the doors of the High Court to stop the sentence and be released on bail.
