New Delhi: In a shocking development, Delhi Police have arrested a minor involved in the murder of a doctor at Khadda Colony, Jaitpur Extension, South Delhi. The murder took place at Neema Hospital, where Unani doctor Javed Akhtar was shot dead. After committing the crime, the accused brazenly posted about the murder on his Instagram account, stating, I have committed the first murder of 2024.A crime driven by illicit relationsSources revealed that the murder stemmed from a love triangle involving the doctor, a nurse from the hospital, and the nurses minor daughter. Dr. Javed Akhtar was reportedly in a relationship with the nurse, while the minor accused, who shot the doctor, was in a relationship with the nurses daughter. The nurses husband, aware of the illicit affair, masterminded the plan to eliminate the doctor. One of the men pretended to have a leg injury, which was dressed by the doctor. Once inside the doctors cabin, one of the accused shot Dr. Javed in the temple, killing him instantly.
