Fire engulfs Gulati restaurant in Delhi's Pandara road; No injuries reported

Early on Wednesday, authorities from Delhi Fire Services (DFS) reported that a fire had started at the well-known Gulati restaurant on Pandara Road, close to India Gate. Fire officials report that the fire destroyed two or three nearby shops in addition to damaging furniture and dining areas on the ground and first floors. Chief of Delhi Incident Services Atul Garg said that on Wednesday at 2:46 a.m., a call regarding the incident at Pandara Market was received.

With five fire tenders and more than 35 employees, we raced to the scene. The first level, ground floor, and nearby shops had been affected by the fire. No one was hurt as the firefighters quickly put out the fire. There were no employees inside at the time of the event, according to Garg. Locals said that as soon as the fire started, employees left the eatery.
