Farmers' Protest: Farmer leaders Sarwan Singh Pandher and Jagjit Singh Dallewal have declared that farmers from states other than Haryana and Punjab will embark on a march to Delhi on March 6, despite stringent security measures at the borders. The announcement was made during a gathering in the village of Bathinda.

Farmers' Protest: Defiance amid tightened security

Despite heavy security at Delhi's borders, farmers, mainly stationed at the Shambhu border, are resolute in their decision to proceed with the planned march. Sarwan Singh Pandher urged farmers from across the nation to join the march to Delhi using various means of transportation, including foot, train, or bus.

Farmers' Protest: 'Rail Roko' planned for March 10

In addition to the march, farmer leaders have scheduled a nationwide "rail roko" movement on March 10, during which railway lines will be blocked from 12 pm to 4 pm. Jagjit Singh Dallewal stressed the importance of unity among farmers nationwide, emphasizing their unwavering commitment until their demands are met.

Farmers' Protest: Criticism of govt response

Dallewal criticized the government's handling of the farmers' agitation, accusing it of employing excessive force and procuring drones from Israel to monitor the protests. He condemned the alleged use of violence against farmers and reiterated that the movement remains apolitical despite facing challenges and opposition.

Farmers' Protest: Allegations, demands

The farmers' demands include justice in the Shubhakaran case, fair compensation, and the repeal of contentious agricultural laws. They are determined to sustain their protests until their demands are addressed. Dallewal called for unity in support of the MSP law, accusing the government of deploying soldiers and ordering weapons to prevent farmers from entering Delhi.

He alleged the use of drones and underscored that the farmers' movement stands independent of any political affiliation, representing the collective struggle of 200 non-political farmer unions.

The resolve of the farmers remains unwavering as they continue their struggle for justice and fair treatment.
