Family plans son-in-law's murder five years after 'love marriage' for THIS reason

The police disclosed on Saturday that following the discovery of a young man's body, their investigation uncovered allegations that the father and uncle of his wife had hired four individuals to carry out the killing. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone II) Suniti stated that on June 16, an unidentified body was found near Sangam Vihar Colony within the jurisdiction of the Ecotech-3 police station.

New Delhi: A shocking incident has surfaced in Noida, revealing that a woman's family orchestrated the murder of her husband using hired assassins. According to the police, the motive behind this crime stems from the family's anger over the woman marrying against their wishes. Despite the woman being married for five years, her family harbored persistent resentment towards her choice of spouse.

Hired four individuals to carry out muder 

The police disclosed on Saturday that following the discovery of a young man's body, their investigation uncovered allegations that the father and uncle of his wife had hired four individuals to carry out the killing. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone II) Suniti stated that on June 16, an unidentified body was found near Sangam Vihar Colony within the jurisdiction of the Ecotech-3 police station. Subsequently identified as Bhulesh Kumar, a resident of Sambhal district, it was noted that his auto rickshaw was also reported missing later on.

Victim's family filed case 

Suniti mentioned that Bhulesh's family filed a case against Budh Singh Yadav, Mukesh Yadav, and Shripal, accusing them of involvement. The officer noted that five years ago, Preeti married Bhulesh against her family's wishes.

Strangled Bhulesh to death 

During the investigation, it was discovered that Preeti's father, Budh Singh Yadav, and her uncle, Kharak Singh, had conspired to eliminate Bhulesh. They allegedly hired four individuals from their neighboring village Mandoli to carry out the murder. Suniti stated that the investigation revealed the four accused—Awadhesh, Neeraj Yadav, Yashpal, and Titu—had come to Noida, where they strangled Bhulesh to death and stole his autorickshaw.

Amount paid by mortgaging jewelry

The deal for the murder was fixed at Rs 3 lakh, which was paid by the accused father-in-law of the deceased and his elder brother by mortgaging the jewellery. After this, the accused hatched a plan and in a few days, they became friends with Bhuvnesh. One day they took him along and made him drink lots of alcohol. After this, they killed the drunk Bhuvnesh by strangulating him with a towel. After this, they fled after throwing the body near the Eco Tech police station area. Hridayesh Katheria said that after investigation, 4 out of the 6 accused involved in this case have been arrested. The search for two others is on.

Police action in this matter 

The DCP said that the vehicle used in the alleged incident, the towel used for strangulation and the jewellery worth Rs 3 lakh received in exchange for the murder have also been recovered from the accused.
