A shocking incident unfolded in the Gosaiganj area of Lucknow, where a group of four men disguised as sadhus was caught red-handed while attempting to loot. The incident occurred on Saturday in the Gangakheda village, where the locals discovered the men stealing mustard sacks from a shop.

The video of the incident, which has since gone viral on social media, shows the angry villagers taking matters into their own hands. Frustrated by the deception, the villagers beat the men with slippers and shoes before alerting the police.

When the men were questioned by the villagers, their suspicious behavior and inability to provide satisfactory answers raised alarms. The villagers, already on high alert due to previous similar incidents, quickly recognized the danger and decided to intervene.

Hypnotizing Women and Girls

According t the sources, these impostors were using hypnotic tactics to deceive women and girls in the area. By manipulating their victims with their words, they were able to extort money and jewelry. This method of operation had been noted in previous incidents, which is why the villagers were particularly vigilant.

The police were informed following the incident, and the men were taken into custody. The case has raised concerns about the increasing number of such fraudulent activities in the region, highlighting the need for greater awareness and caution among the public.
