Five years prior, the two had secretly wed and moved in together in February. The girls blood-stained body was discovered close to the Nangloi railway gate on Tuesday morning. Inspector Ritesh Kumar was given charge of the inquiry after a formal complaint was filed. The family claimed that they were married. Rajs phone was located close to Delhi Cantt by the police.
