Congress-NC alliance leads the race in the valley

In a poll of polls, the Congress and National Conference alliance is predicted to secure the most seats in the Jammu and Kashmir elections, although it remains unclear whether they will be able to reach the majority threshold. With 90 seats in the assembly, a party or coalition needs at least 46 to form a government.

Exit Poll Predictions: BJP, Congress-NC, PDP, others

According to Dainik Bhaskar's exit poll, the BJP is expected to win between 20-25 seats, while the Congress-NC alliance is projected to claim 35-40 seats. The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is estimated to secure 4-7 seats, while other smaller parties may capture 12-16 seats.

Peoples Pulse's exit poll results show the BJP with 23-27 seats, the Congress-NC alliance possibly securing 46-50 seats, PDP with 7-11, and other parties getting 4-6 seats.

India Today-C Voter’s forecast gives the BJP 27-32 seats, the Congress-NC alliance 40-48 seats, PDP 6-12 seats, and other parties 6-11 seats. These varying predictions highlight the competitiveness of the election, although the Congress-NC alliance consistently leads across polls.
