After a video of Swati Maliwal inside Kejriwal's house went viral on the internet, Swati addressed the matter on social media platform X, stating, 'By getting his people to tweet and playing videos without any context, he thinks he can save himself by committing this crime. Video of the disturbing incident has emerged, shedding light on the incident. Swati Maliwal, the chief of the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) and an Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader, has accused Bibhav Kumar of severely assaulting her at the Chief Minister's residence on May 13.

According to Delhi Police sources, Rajya Sabha MP for the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Swati Maliwal, filed a police complaint after Bibhav Kumar, Arvind Kejriwal's personal assistant, was accused of assaulting her. Reports state that the assault case involving Swati Maliwal is expected to result in the filing of a formal complaint soon. The chief minister's home was the scene of the attack.

Delhi police registers complaints

A team from Delhi Police paid Swati Maliwal a visit at her New Delhi home on Thursday, following reports that the AAP MP had been beaten at Arvind Kejriwal's home. According to officials, Swati Maliwal was interrogated by the police for almost four hours and her remarks were recorded.At her Central Delhi home, a two-person Delhi Police squad recorded her statement. An officer in the police department stated that Swati Maliwal reported the incident at the chief minister's residence on Monday. According to the officer, police may file a complaint over the alleged "attack."According to reports, Swati Maliwal went to the Civil Lines police station on Monday, May 13, and said that one of Arvind Kejriwal's personal assistants had "assaulted" her. She did not, however, formally report anything to the authorities.
