Hathras Stampede Case: In one of the recent developments, the Supreme Court has declined to hear the Hathras stampede case which has claimed over 121 lives, directing the petitioner to approach the High Court instead. The Court stated that the High Court is sufficient for addressing such matters. A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) had been filed, requesting guidelines to prevent future incidents and action against the culprits.Following this decision, lawyer AP Singh, representing Narayan Sarkar Hari alias Bhole Baba, claimed that truth has prevailed, describing it as a victory for the followers, the SIT, and the Uttar Pradesh government. He noted that the Supreme Court expressed condolences regarding the incident.When questioned by India Daily Live about Babas lack of public condolences, AP Singh asserted that Baba had previously expressed his sorrow. Regarding Babas whereabouts, AP Singh stated that he is currently in India at his ashram and emphasized that the safety of his 3 crore followers is a priority.In response to question about Baba appearing on the India Daily channel, Singh affirmed that he would join when the time is right, praising the channels unbiased nature. He also mentioned that Baba has conveyed his condolences to the families of the victims through a letter.Finally, when asked why Babas name is absent from the FIR or SIT investigations, AP Singh reassured that Baba will eventually appear before the public when appropriate.
